Origin: Cusco, Peru

Process: Washed

Tasting Notes: Delicate orange blossom complexity, soft marshmallow sweetness & smooth body

This coffee from the Campesino Community of Yuracmayo consists of coffee from 18 indigenous Quechua families in the Cusco region of Peru. Coffee arrived in Yuracmayo during the 1950s and 1960s, and today most families have been producing coffee for nearly three generations.

This community lot is composed of Typica (60%), alongside Catimor, Bourbon, and Caturra, and is processed using a traditional washed method. We love it for its complex and sweet flavors - a great start to any day!
