Return Policy

At Lagniappe Flavors, we take pride in curating premium, small-batch products from independent artisan brand partners through Shopify Collective. Because each product ships directly from the brand that makes it, our return policy reflects the fulfillment model we operate under.

All Sales Are Final — Food & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hot sauces, rubs, jerky, condiments, or any other consumable items. This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of every product we sell.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lagniappeflavors.com with the following:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

We will review your claim and coordinate directly with the brand partner to arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@lagniappeflavors.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and brand partner and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been fulfilled by the brand partner. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@lagniappeflavors.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Opened or partially consumed food products
Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Orders with an incorrect address provided at checkout

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
