Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our online store, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Orders are processed securely through our website 24/7.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at support@lagniappeflavors.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Do you offer gift options?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping or gift messages at checkout. Stay tuned — we're always adding new features.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Lagniappe Flavors currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on your location, shipping method, and the brand fulfilling your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you place your order. Some orders may qualify for free shipping when the order total meets the current threshold shown at checkout.
Will my order ship in one package?
Not always. Because we carry products from multiple independent brands, orders with items from more than one brand may arrive in separate packages. There is no extra charge for split shipments.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email when available. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because we sell food products, returns are limited for safety reasons. We accept return or refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect order?
Email us at support@lagniappeflavors.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when available.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement or refund is approved, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where do your products come from?
Lagniappe Flavors curates small-batch artisan hot sauces and gourmet condiments from independent food brands across the United States. Each brand is selected for quality, craft, and flavor.
Are your products safe for people with food allergies?
Ingredient and allergen information is listed on each product page. Please review product labels carefully before purchasing. When in doubt, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Do you carry sugar-free or low-sodium options?
Yes — we carry a variety of specialty options including sugar-free, low-sodium, and other diet-friendly hot sauces and condiments. Use our store filters to find products that fit your needs.
