1. About Us Lagniappe Flavors is a multi-brand online retailer sourcing artisan food products from independent brand partners through Shopify Collective. We act as the retailer of record for all transactions on this site.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the contiguous United States to place an order on this site.
3. Products & Pricing All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping. All prices are listed in USD.
5. Fulfillment & Shipping Orders are fulfilled directly by our brand partners. Delivery times vary by partner. We are not responsible for carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds All food and consumable products are final sale. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for full details.
