6. Returns & Refunds Eligible physical merchandise may be returned by requesting authorization within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Product-specific exclusions apply, including opened or used consumables, perishables, digital gift cards, personalized goods, and items marked final sale unless required by law or unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
