Lagniappe Flavors is an online-only curated marketplace for regional foods, specialty pantry goods, hot sauces, seasonings, coffee, tea, wellness products, gifts, and other distinctive finds from independent brands and suppliers across the United States.
We do not manufacture or private-label the products sold in our store. Products may be fulfilled directly by the independent supplier associated with the item you purchase.

Orders & Supplier Fulfillment
Lagniappe Flavors works with multiple independent suppliers and makers. Items in the same order may ship from different locations, arrive in separate packages, follow different processing timelines, and receive separate tracking numbers.
For purchases completed through LagniappeFlavors.com, Lagniappe Flavors remains your customer-service point of contact. If a fulfillment issue occurs, contact us and we will coordinate with the applicable supplier or fulfillment partner.
Shipping
Shipping availability, rates, processing times, and delivery estimates can vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier service. The shipping options and charges available for your order are shown at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Eligible physical merchandise may be returned by requesting authorization within 30 days of confirmed delivery, subject to our current Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific restrictions.
Opened or used consumables, perishables, digital gift cards, personalized or made-to-order goods, final-sale items, and products with opened hygiene or safety seals may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return unless required by law.
Please do not send a return before receiving return instructions from Lagniappe Flavors. Because products may be fulfilled by different suppliers, an approved return may need to be sent to the supplier that fulfilled the order.
Damaged, Missing, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, or shipping label when relevant.
