At Lagniappe Flavors, every product in our store is sourced directly from independent artisan brand partners through Shopify Collective. This means your order ships directly from the brand that makes it — ensuring freshness, authenticity, and small-batch quality delivered straight to your door.
How Our Shipping Works
Because we carry products from multiple brand partners, each brand fulfills and ships their own orders independently. When you order from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
Processing times vary by brand partner. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves the brand's facility.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the brand partner's carrier service, your order weight, and your delivery address. All rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Each brand shipment will have its own tracking link so you can monitor every package independently.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@lagniappeflavors.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can coordinate a resolution with the brand partner on your behalf.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Lagniappe Flavors and our brand partners are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately at support@lagniappeflavors.com if you need to correct an address before shipment.
