This weekly prepared vegan meal shipment includes 3 vegan entrees in 24 oz containers, 4 vegan side dishes in 16 oz containers, 1 large 32 oz soup and 1 bag of vegan cookies (5 cookies). Each container yields approximately three servings, providing roughly 9–10 meal combinations depending on serving size.
The supplier's menu changes weekly. For the current menu or substitution questions, contact Lagniappe Flavors before ordering.
Orders are generally shipped on Monday and expected to arrive by Wednesday under normal conditions. Orders placed after the supplier's Friday 5 PM Pacific cutoff may be fulfilled based on availability or scheduled for the following week.
