Mahi Mahi is found worldwide in the tropics and sub-tropics, but Hawaiian Mahi always seems to be the highest quality. Fish caught in the Hawaiian waters tends to make it back to port within a day or two after being brought out of the water and the product is always iced well and handled with care.
