Dark Chocolate Pecan Fudge

This is one of Uncle Phil's absoulte favorite fudge.  A dark chocolate fudge, made with Ghirardelli 60% cacao dark chocolate chips, and toasted hand-broken pecans mixed all throughout with the hope you get a pecan in every bite.  If you love dark chocolate like I do, you'll really love this fudge -- oh, it's so good!  Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 ounces (1/4 lb).  It's naturally gluten-free, too!

Ingredients:  Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, toasted pecans, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), potassium sorbate.
