Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Yes, that's a 4 layer dark chocolate peanut butter fudge!  I make it in layers like this so you can get dark chocolate and peanut butter fudge in every bite, how awesome is that!  I don't know anybody else who does it like this.  I love how the layers are a bit uneven, but that's because it's totally hand made.  Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 gluten-free ounces (1/4 lb).

Ingredients:  Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, Jif Creamy Peanut Butter (roasted peanuts, sugar, 2% or less of: (molasses, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (rapeseed and soybean), mono and diglycerides, salt), powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol, sugar), potassium sorbate.
