Dark Chocolate Orange Fudge

Dark chocolate fudge made with Ghirardelli 60% cacao dark chocolate chips gets flavored with orange to deliver a very unique Florida flavor to your taste buds.  There's a chocolate candy my wife's family would give at Christmas time, Terry's chocolate orange ... well, this reminds me very much of the dark chocolate orange from that treat. Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 3"x3"x3/4" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 gluten-free ounces (1/4 lb).

Ingredients:  Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), granulated cane sugar, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), marshmallow fluff (corn syrup, sugar, egg white, artificial flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, Vitamin D3), orange extract (alcohol, water, oil of orange), potassium sorbate.
