Creamsicle Fudge

My dad told me this creamsicle fudge gave him a flash of nostalgia back to his childhood and the Good Humor ice cream man.  I make a white chocolate fudge with Ghirardelli white coating wafers, and then fold in that orange flavor which delivers a citrusy deliciousness your sweet tooth can't get enough of.  Hand cut into pieces that are approximately 2.5"x3"x7/8" and somewhere between 4 and 4 1/2 ounces (1/4 lb) for this gluten-free treat.

Ingredients:   Granulated cane sugar, Ghirardelli white coating wafers (cane sugar, vegetable oil (hydrogenated palm kernel and palm oil, glyceryl lacto esters), nonfat dry milk, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, salt, natural flavor), Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme (corn syrup, sugar, water, contains less than 2% of dried egg whites, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, artificial and natural flavor), evaporated milk (milk, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, vitamin D3), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), natural flavorings), orange extract (alcohol, water, oil of orange), orange food gel (water, sugar, U.S. certified yellow 6 (E110), modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid and less than 1/10 of 1%  sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives), potassium sorbate.
