Big Nick was created by Spanky’s Sauces in honor of Nick Clements, a dear friend and one of their earliest supporters. This small-batch hot sauce is engineered to toe the line between too hot for the normies and hot enough for the freaks — a perfectly balanced 4-pepper blend with a creamy coconut milk base, brightened by a healthy dose of ginger and turmeric. Wait… what’s with all those “hoo hoo” noises?

Flavor Profile

Warm, complex, and layered — the ginger and turmeric lead with earthy brightness before the habanero and 7 Pot Primo powder bring the heat. The coconut milk base rounds everything out with a creamy, tropical finish that makes this sauce as unique as the man it was named after.
