Raw Indiana honey harvested annually. Never heated or pressure filtered. Contains Living enzymes, amino acids, and pollen. Fun fact is that honey never spoils. Most central Indiana honey consists of wildflowers, black locust, and bass wood. The lightness or darkness of honey changes from spring to fall as the available pollen change.  Each batch of honey is uniquely different and incredibly special.
