Rare Michigan Basswood Honey
LIMITED HARVEST!
A true seasonal treasure, our Basswood Honey is harvested from bees foraging on the short lived blossoms of Michigan basswood trees. Because basswood blooms for only a brief window each summer each harvest is naturally limited.
Basswood honey is prized for it's light, smooth flavor with delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of mint on the finish. It's sweet without being overpowering, making it the exceptionsl choice for your morning oatmeal, paired with cheese, drizzled over toast or biscuits or honstly straight from the spoon.
Every jar comes from our own hives and captures a fleeting Michigan bloom that only happens once a year.
